Still off of work/school. My last day before I go back. I went to the store to get supplies. A lot of non-perishables are still flying off of the shelf. I was able to replenish the perishables that I lost during the power outage. And I bought ICE CREAM! I didn't think I would ever cherish ice cream.
We are starting to get back in our routine. The TV is finally starting to show regular programming instead of 24/7 storm coverage. I'm grateful that the local channels are showing storm coverage, but it starts to grate on you when they show it so much. I was happy that they were showing regular programming, so that we can get our mind off of the situation.
