Fish Update

Well, both of the fish that we bought not too long ago died. We can't seem to keep them alive after we bring them home. The only ones that have survived is Goldie and Stripers. And they seem very content being by themselves in that tank.

Of the two latest fish, Fraidy (named because he was always afraid and hiding somewhere) died first. He died at the bottom of the fishtank where he hung out most of the time. The other one, the zipping one that we finally named "Nascar", died a few days later. For awhile, I thought he was going to hang in there and survive, but one day I noticed that he hadn't moved, and was floating near the filter. I put the net in the tank to see if he would move, and he floated up to the top. So, it was off to the porcelain cemetery for him.

I'm not sure if we'll be getting any more fish soon. I think Corinne has resigned to the fact that we will be keeping only two fish, because that's all that our tank will keep. Anymore, and they die. Oh, well.
